Last updated: September 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website dlsoundcloud.com and its related services (the "Service"), operated by DLSoundCloud ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1.Description of the Service

DLSoundCloud provides online tools that allow users to retrieve publicly available audio content and related artwork from SoundCloud and save it in common file formats. Certain features are available free of charge; additional features are available to holders of a Supporter pass.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.Permitted Use

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the Service solely to obtain content that you are legally entitled to download, including:

  • Content you have created or own.
  • Content that the rights holder has made available for free download.
  • Content licensed under terms that permit downloading, such as certain Creative Commons licences.
  • Content for which you have obtained the permission of the rights holder.

4.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to infringe copyright or any other intellectual property right.
  • Redistribute, sell or publicly perform content obtained through the Service without authorisation.
  • Use automated scripts, bots or bulk requests to access the Service.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

5.User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you request through the Service and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of the platforms from which content originates. DLSoundCloud does not review, monitor or endorse the content retrieved by users.

6.Supporter Passes

Supporter passes are purchased through Ko-fi as a one-time payment that grants access to additional features for a fixed period (30 days or 3 months). Passes do not renew automatically. Features included in a Supporter pass may be updated or modified over time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a pass has been activated.

7.Account Access

Supporter features are accessed by verifying the email address associated with your Ko-fi payment. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email address and for all activity carried out under your Supporter login.

8.Intellectual Property

All content retrieved through the Service remains the property of its respective owners. The DLSoundCloud name, website design and software are our property and may not be copied or reproduced without our prior written consent. SoundCloud is a trademark of SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG.

9.Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any specific content can be retrieved. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DLSoundCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DLSoundCloud from any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights.

13.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

14.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when published on this page, as indicated by the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
